Dunedin Elementary is a neighborhood school with a family friendly atmosphere. The community supports Dunedin Elementary through the Dunedin Kiwanis Club, School Partners, Parent Teachers Association, Community Involvement Program including mentors and classroom volunteers, Doorways Scholarships, and the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce Points of Pride Program. Families participate in special events such as the Walk-A-Thon and Eaglefest Family Carnival.
